Mr. Morris is highly regarded as a senior captive and risk financing consultant within the captive industry. He joins SRS from Lockton Companies, where he spent more than 20 years working with clients to structure programs on the most efficient economic basis, considering tax, cash flow, collateral, and accounting considerations.
