WKFC Announces Senior Leadership Promotions for Ravi Singhvi to President and Joan Bauer to Chief Operating Officer

WKFC Underwriting Managers (WKFC), Ryan Specialty’s (NYSE: RYAN) managing general underwriter serving the wider wholesale marketplace, is pleased to announce the promotions of two senior leaders effective immediately. Ravi Singhvi is promoted to President of WKFC Underwriting Managers and Joan Bauer to Chief Operating Officer, both effective immediately.

Ravi Singhvi joined WKFC in 2018 and was most recently the MGU’s Chief Operation Officer. Prior to WKFC, Ravi served as Vice President of Analytics at AJG/RPS from 2011-2018 and began his insurance career at NAPCO LLC where he worked from 2001-2011.

Commenting on Ravi’s new position as President, Dawn D’Onofrio, CEO of WKFC said, “Ravi’s dedication to our values, vision and work ethic are nothing short of exceptional. Joan Bauer has been with WKFC since 2010, initially training as an underwriter under Dawn D’Onofrio. Joan has been instrumental in the implementation of new initiatives and programs as well as facilitating improvements between underwriters, management and development teams. Prior to WKFC, Joan was a property broker for a leading global specialty insurance distributor.

Recognizing Joan’s new role as COO, Dawn D’Onofrio, CEO of WKFC, remarked, “Joan leads numerous key initiatives and plays a critical role with the London market, domestic carrier relationships, training and launching new products.
